Checking the wiring
- Ignition on.
Erase diagnostic trouble codes by clicking the VCT2000 symbol.
Note! Note any other diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) that are in the control module, before the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are erased, in order to carry out other fault-traces.
- Ignition off.
Check the wiring for power supply between the Rear electronic module (REM) and the Subwoofer module (SUB). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage. Any damage to the cable insulation can also cause intermittent or permanent short-circuits.
Remedy as necessary.
