Condition




The infotainment control module (ICM) checks whether any buttons on the left-hand keypad have stuck.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ICM-1F20 is stored if the control module registers that the button has been pressed in for longer than 3 minutes.

Possible source
- A button on the left-hand keypad has been active for more than 3 minutes
- A button has jammed in the pressed in position
- Short-circuit in the keypad unit.
