Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) AUD-0016 can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable between headset output 3 and the control module
- Short-circuit between the signal cables to headset output 3
- Short-circuit in the headset panel (defective headset panel).
