Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) AUD-000C is stored if the audio module (AUD) registers that the signal on the signal cable from the rear loudspeaker is too high or too low.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) AUD-000C can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.

Hint: The signal cable to one or both of the rear loudspeakers may be faulty.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the signal cable between the rear loudspeakers and the control module
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cables between the rear loudspeakers and the control module.

Fault symptom[s]
- No sound from the loudspeakers.
