Turn signal lamps, replacing

Removal

The lamp housing and bulb




- Press in the catch holding the lamp housing. See illustration
- Remove the bulb with its holder by twisting
- Remove the bulb.

Modifying the mounting for the lamp housing

Hint: When installing a new lamp housing, certain adjustments to the lamp housing may be required. This may require modification of the lamp housing.




- Press in the catch holding the lamp housing
- Detach and move the wiring and connectors to one side
- Drill out the lower cable opening to approximately D=26 mm.

Note! While drilling, check the alignment between the lamp housing and the mounting for the lamp housing.
