Cooling unit and cool box, replacing

Preparatory work
Remove the rear seat cushion.

Folding the rear seat backrest cushion




Fold down the left and right side panels in the cargo compartment.
Remove the protective covers from the locks for the backrest cushions. Do not damage the bonded surface.
Pull the handle and fold the rear seat backrest cushion forward.

Removing the cooler unit





Remove:
- the 2 mounting screws for the protective cover and the protective cover
- the 2 mounting screws for the cooler unit and the cooler unit.

Removing the cool box




Remove the 4 mounting screws for the box and the box itself.

Installation

Installing the cool box




Install the box and the 4 mounting screws. Tighten.

Installing the cooler unit





Install:
- the cooler unit and the 2 mounting screws. Tighten
- the protective cover and the 2 mounting screws. Tighten.

Note! Ensure that the cable harness for the cooler unit is in the correct cut-out in the protective cover.

Finishing
Fold the backrest cushion for the rear seat back.
Install the protective covers on the locks for the backrest cushions.
Fold up the left and right side panels in the cargo compartment.
Route the cable harness from the cargo compartment and under the rear seat backrest cushion. Connect the connector to the cable harness for the cool box.
Install the rear seat cushion.
