Oil pipe removal
Disassemble the following items:

^ the clamp between the turbocharger oil delivery pipe and the oil return pipe.
^ the bolts at the oil return pipe's connection to the turbocharger.
^ Detach the pipe from the engine block. Check that the rubber sealing ring stays with the pipe. Seal the opening in the engine block.

The appearance of the turbocharger varies from model to model. Thus, the coolant pipe must be detached before the oil pipe can be detached. On these models, pinch-off pliers can be fitted to the input and output coolant hoses to the turbocharger to eliminate the need to drain the cooling system.

Fit pinch-off pliers to the turbocharger coolant hoses. Disassemble the following items:
^ the hollow screw on the connection to the input coolant pipe to the turbocharger. Move the pipe aside.
^ the clamp between the oil delivery pipe and the oil return pipe.
^ the bolts at the oil return pipe's connection to the turbocharger.
^ the pipe from the engine block. Check that the rubber sealing ring stays with the pipe. Seal the opening in the engine block.
