Signal too low

Checking components and wiring




- Ignition off.
Check the connectors for the Suspension Module (SUM) and the keypad. Check for contact resistance and oxidation.

For diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SUM-0171, COMFORT indication:
- Check the cable between control module terminal #A26 and keypad terminal #2. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

For diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SUM-0181, SPORT indication:
- Check the cable between control module terminal #A11 and keypad terminal #3. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

For diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SUM-0191, ADVANCED indication:
- Check the cable between control module terminal #A29 and acceleration sensor terminal #4. Check for a short-circuit to ground.
Try a new keypad if no fault is found in the wiring.
Remedy as necessary.
