Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition




The Suspension Module (SUM) receives information from the keypad unit. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SUM-0171, SUM-0181 or SUM-0191 is stored if the control module registers that the signal for indication in the keypad is too low when the ignition is switched on.
- SUM-0171: Keypad, COMFORT indication. Signal too low
- SUM-0181: Keypad, SPORT indication. Signal too low
- SUM-0191: Keypad, ADVANCED indication. Signal too low.

Note! The test is carried out every other operating cycle. The Suspension module (SUM) defines an operating cycle as ignition on and ignition off.

Substitute value
- The Four-C function is blocked.

Possible source
- Contact resistance in the terminals
- Short-circuit to ground in the power supply cable for indication
- Defective keypad.

- General warning lamp lit
