Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information
Condition
The acceleration and position sensors for the right-hand rear suspension have a common power supply internally in the control module. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SUM-0081 is stored if the Suspension Module detects that the power supply to one of the sensors is too low. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.
- SUM-0081: The acceleration sensors for the front suspension, the position sensor for the right-hand rear suspension and the acceleration sensors on the car body.
Note! The test is carried out every other operating cycle. The Suspension module (SUM) defines an operating cycle as ignition on and ignition off.
Substitute value
- Four-C control is switched off.
Hint: For information about abbreviations for the suspension system, see Suspension system, abbreviations Description and Operation.
