Condition
The supplemental restraint system module (SRS) checks signals on the CAN network between the supplemental restraint system module (SRS) and the central electronic module (CEM).
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module registers that there is no signal for the configuration of the switch for the passenger airbag.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on (12 V). In other words, the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can only be diagnosed when the ignition is switched from position 0 to positions I, II or III.
