Throttle body (TB)
The throttle body (TB) controls the airflow into the intake manifold. The movement of the accelerator pedal by the driver also affects the requested throttle angle. The intake air comes from the air cleaner (ACL) housing through the throttle body (TB) and on to the intake manifold.
