Condition




The differential electronic module (DEM) theoretically calculates the pressure at an engine speed (RPM) exceeding 500 rpm. The calculated pressure is compared to the oil pressure sensor signal. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the signal from the oil pressure sensor deviates from the calculated value.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed with the engine running and the engine speed (RPM) greater than 500 rpm.
