Condition
The supplemental restraint system module (SRS) checks the signal from the occupant weight sensor (OWS) in the local CAN network.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module registers an incorrect signal from the occupant weight sensor (OWS) in the local CAN network for longer than 2.5 seconds.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed in ignition positions I, II or III.
