Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PHM-0067
Condition
The spare battery is located in the Phone module (PHM) and used when a Volvo On Call service is connected and the Phone module (PHM) does not have access to voltage supply from the main battery.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The internal auxiliary battery is damaged or not connected.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- At least 30 days have passed since the last test or after an activation of checking the auxiliary battery.
- Battery voltage between 9 - 16 V.
- Ignition off for at least 10 seconds.

- None.
Possible source
- The internal reserve battery is not connected to the phone module (PHM)
- The internal reserve battery is damaged.
- Capacity too low on the spare battery.
