Condition




The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the power supply to the combustion preheater module (CPM) is lower than the power supply to the central electronic module (CEM).
The heater cannot be activated until the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) has been erased.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.

- None.

Possible source
- Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in the power supply to the combustion preheater module (CPM)
- Contact resistance, oxidation or loose connections in the power supply to the combustion preheater module (CPM)
- Burnt out fuse
- Poorly charged battery.

Fault symptom[s]
- Poor heating in the passenger compartment
- The parking heater does not operate.
