Condition




The central electronic module (CEM) checks the function of the siren control module (SCM) by sending control messages. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the central electronic module (CEM) receives information that the siren control module (SCM) has registered an internal fault.
The diagnostic trouble code may also be generated if the vehicle's battery has become discharged.
