Oil cooler steering gear, replacing

Removal

Removing the oil cooler




Slacken off the screws for the oil cooler.
Fold the oil cooler down.

Note! Place a container under the steering gear.

Remove:
- the clamps
- the hoses
- the oil cooler.

Installation

Note! For tightening torques, see Specifications [1][2]Specifications.

Installing the oil cooler





Install:
- the hoses on the oil cooler
- the clamps for the power steering hose
- the screws for the oil cooler.
Tighten the clamps.
