Bushing Inner Tie Rod, Replacing

Bushing inner tie rod, replacing
Special tools: 999 7054, 999 7034, 999 7132, 999 7049, 999 7036

Removal
Remove the tie rod
Remove the inner mounting of the tie rod.

Removing the bushing





Note: Note the position of the bushing before removal.

Install the hydraulic cylinder.
Use 999 7054 with connecting rod 999 7034, nut: 999 7132, socket: 999 7049 and drift: 999 7036.
Pull the bushing out

Installing the bushing

Note: Pull in the new bushing to the same position as previously noted!

Install the new bushing on the other side of the mounting lug. Pull in the bushing in the same direction as it was pulled out.

Installing tie rod
Install the inner mounting of the tie rod.
