DTC SRS 0210-0219 Front Impact Sensor
DESCRIPTION:
The SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) ECU may set DTC 0210-0219 due to faulty signal from the front impact sensor on the left and/or right side. When a DTC is set, the SRS warning lamp will be lit.
A sensor with improved plastic housing (p/n 30724677) has been introduced in production. (Previous p/n was 30682590.)
SERVICE:
Always replace both front impact sensors with the new sensor, p/n 30724677. Follow the instructions in VIDA for each sensor: Information > Repair > Repair; removal & installation > 8 Body and interior > 88 Interior equipment > Seat belts and other retention Systems > Collision sensor front, replacing
