DESCRIPTION:

Under certain conditions customers may complain of excessive closing force required to shut the rear side doors on the XC90.

New door opening weather-strip (P/N 30655723) is available that can significantly reduce the amount of force needed to close the doors.

SERVICE:

It customer complaint is consistent with the above description and within the chassis break perform the following:

1. Replace the rear door opening weather-strips
