DESCRIPTION:
Under some conditions the fuel filler neck may come apart from the grommet where the filler neck meets the body.
SERVICE:
Install Oetiker clamp PN 988101 at the fuel filler door grommet as per instruction below.
^ Engine must be off.
^ Remove fuel filler cap (engine off).
^ Use Oetiker clamp PN 988101
^ Slide clamp over the filler neck and rubber.
^ Position the rubber against the rolled
^ flange of the steel filler pipe.
^ Position the clamp slot at 08.00 o'clock.
^ Tighten the clamp using an Oetiker Pincer with
^ Side jaws PN 14100083 or Volvo tool PN 9512619. Re-install fuel filler cap.
