Checking the wires
Check wire between oil pressure guard 1 and engine control unit 26A for a short circuit to voltage supply as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault , a short circuit to ground as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault and an open circuit as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.

Hint: The voltage should be 0 V in 1 with closed oil pressure contact (lamp on) and 12 V with an open circuit (lamp off).

Do the necessary corrective action.
