Remove:
- the seat from car according to Lifting the front seats in and out Lifting the Front Seats In and Out for mechanical seats or Lifting seats in and out Lifting the Front Seats In and Out for power seats
- the front sill trim panel. See The front sill trim panel
- the soundproofing panel. See Soundproofing panel, replacing Soundproofing Panel, Replacing.
Lift out the carpet.

Install:
In reverse order.
