Checking the car-phone antenna

Checking components and wiring

Hint: The car-phone cable is joined in the right A-post with a double Hirose GT5 connector.

Check the antenna and antenna cable connector 2 between A (antenna signal) and B (shield ground). Check for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.
Remedy as necessary.
