Upholstery, head restraint, outer rear seat, replacing

Removing the upholstery from the outer head restraint
Fold down the head restraint.
Remove the velcro seam on the bottom of the head restraint.
Remove any staples.
Slide off the upholstery.

Installing the upholstery on the outer head restraint
Replace the upholstery.

Install:
In reverse order.
