Damper motor, recirculation, replacing

Recirculation

Removal




- Remove the glove compartment. See Glove compartment, replacing, B5244T5, B5254T2 Service and Repair
- The screw for the bracket
- Detach the bracket from the mounting: Place a screwdriver point between the mounting and the metal on the fan housing
- Detach the lever from the motor. Take care not to disconnect the levers from the heater unit
- Remove the switch
- Remove the motor.

Installation




- Position the motor on the bracket
- Place the bracket and motor in position
- Press the upper mounting into place
- Install the screw for the bracket
- Place the arms from the heater unit onto the motor levers and press into place. Take care not to damage the arms
- Install the switch
- Install the glove compartment. See Glove compartment, replacing, B5244T5, B5254T2 Service and Repair
- Carry out self-adjustment of the damper motor end positions. This is carried out via VIDA communication.
