No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored in the head unit/audio module.

Possible source
- Open-circuit, short-circuit to ground or short-circuit to supply voltage in the cable.
- Defective amplifier.
- Defective loudspeaker.
- Defective the head unit/audio module.

Fault symptom[s]
- Weak or poor sound.
