Replacing The Front Wheel Hub

Removing the front wheel hub





- Remove the wheel spindle.
- Place the wheel spindle in a soft jawed vice.

Remove
- the four screws holding the hub to the wheel spindle
- the hub.

Installing the front wheel hub

Note: Ensure that the hub and the wheel spindle mating surfaces are clean.





- Install the hub. Use new screws
- Tighten crosswise. Tighten to 20 Nm. Then tighten to 65 Nm. Finally angle-tighten 60°. Use bevel protractor 951 2050
- Install the wheel spindle.
