- Check that the kickdown switch (KD) and the cable sleeve are not sticking.
- Check the cable between kickdown switch (KD) terminal #2 and control module terminal #23. Check for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults.
