Condition




Motor 3 controls the height adjustment of the seat.
Motor 3 must be activated before the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if motor 3 does not run despite the control for M3+ being activated and the power seat module (PSM) registering +12 V on the M3+ signal cable.

Possible source
- Open-circuit in signal cable M3+
- Blown fuse.

Fault symptom[s]
- Height adjustment of the seat not functioning.
