Condition




Motor 2 controls the backrest rake.
Motor 2 must be activated before the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if motor 2 does not run despite the control for M2+ being activated and the power seat module (PSM) registering +12 V on the M2+ signal cable.

Possible source
- Open-circuit in signal cable M2+
- Blown fuse.

Fault symptom[s]
- Backrest adjustment not functioning.
