Canister Purge Control Valve: Service and Repair



EVAP Valve, Replacing

Removal

Preparatory work
Disconnect the hose for the turbocharger (TC).

Removing the evaporative emission system (EVAP) valve







Disconnect the evaporative emission system (EVAP) valve connector. Remove the valve from the bracket on the cylinder block. Pull the hose (A) off the valve. Remove the hose connector (B). Press the catch in and pull the hose connector straight outwards.

Installation

Installing the evaporative emission system (EVAP) valve
- the evaporative emission system (EVAP) valve
- the hoses
- The evaporative emission system (EVAP) valve on the bracket on the cylinder block.

Connect the canister purge (CP) valve connectors.

Finishing
Install the hose on the turbocharger (TC).
