Signal too high. Intermittent fault

Checking wiring and connectors
Check the brake pedal sensor connector. Check for loose connections.
Check the signal cable between engine control module (ECM) terminal #B16 and brake pedal sensor terminal #2. Check for an intermittent open-circuit. Check for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage.
Check the signal cable between engine control module (ECM) terminal #B4 and brake pedal sensor terminal #2. Check for an intermittent open-circuit. Check for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage.
