Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-2400 is stored if the engine control module (ECM) registers a fault in the signal cable for the fuel pump control between the engine control module (ECM) and the fuel pump relay.

- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable.

- Open-circuit in the signal cable.
