DTC DEM 0006





Condition
The Differential Electronic Module (DEM) checks if the signal from the feed pump is within the permitted limits by comparing the signal with a calculated value. Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) ECM-0006 is stored if the control module receives a signal from the feed pump corresponding to a current higher than 8191 mA. The control module interprets this as a fault. Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) DEM 0006 can be diagnosed with the engine running and the engine speed (RPM) >500 rpm.

- Four wheel drive is blocked.

- Defective feed pump.
