Intake Manifold Components

Tighten the center screw in the variable valve timing unit 120 Nm

The center plug. Tighten 35 Nm

Tighten the center screw on the belt tensioner 5 Nm

Tighten the screws on the exhaust camshaft timing gear pulley 10 Nm

The screw missing on the intake timing belt pulley.
Tighten the screws 20 Nm

Hold the eccentric secure and tighten the center screw. Tighten 25 Nm

Crankshaft stop 999 5452. Install the plug with a new sealing washer.
Tighten 40 Nm

The rest of the screws holding the intake manifold to the cylinder head.
Tighten 19 Nm

The turbocharger (TC) oil return line. Use a new gasket and sealing ring.
Tighten 12 Nm

The screws and spacers at the manifold support bracket and cylinder block. Tighten the three nuts that hold the front exhaust pipe to the turbocharger (TC) 30 Nm

Tighten the pipe screw for the turbocharger (TC) oil pressure pipe 26 Nm

Manifold (cylinder head side) 25 Nm

Intake manifold 19 Nm
