- No PHM DTCs are stored in the Central electronic module (CEM).
- No DTCs are stored in the Steering wheel module (SWM).

Possible source
- Faulty control module.

Fault symptom[s]
- Steering wheel keypads does not work
- Turn signal lever does not work
- Windshield wiper does not work
