Test-Drive Schedule

Test-drive schedule TCM-002F AW55-50/51SN

Note! Read through the whole test-drive schedule before starting to test-drive.

1. Check the oil temperature in the transmission. Suitable temperature range is approx. 40-100 °C.
2. Start Activation of gear indication. See, Diagnostics/Vehicle communication/Advanced.

Note! The function is only active during the driving cycle in question.

3. Activate tools to measure the rpm difference between the transmission's rpm sensor and the engine speed. See, Diagnostics/Vehicle communication/Advanced.
4. Drive the vehicle at approx. 60 km/h (37 mph) with the gear selector in lever position 3, alternatively manually selected position 3 if the vehicle is equipped with lever carrier with GearTronic. Check that the lock-up locks (indicated by steady glow from IND-light).
5. Press down the accelerator pedal and check if the difference in rpm between engine and transmission is greater than 100 rpm.
6. Perform the above check at other speeds and with other lever positions.

Note! Diagnostic trouble code is stored after approx. 20 sec. with an rpm difference that is greater than 100 rpm.
