Checking the wiring and component
Check that the connectors between the switch for the cruise control and the contact reel are correctly connected.
Check the wiring between the contact reel and the switch for the cruise control. Check for an open-circuit.
Try a new contact reel.
Remedy as necessary.

- Ignition off.
- Connect the connectors, install the components, etc.
- Ignition on.
Check that all buttons on RTI switch unit work.
