Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PDM-003A is stored if the control module registers that there is a short-circuit to ground in the signal supply to the mirror lamp, connected to the passenger door module, at the same time as the control module has requested the door mirror lamp to light.

Possible source
- Signal cable to the door mirror lamp, connected to passenger door module, short circuited to ground.

Fault symptom[s]
- Local lighting is not operating.
