Condition
Relay should not have to be activated to display the diagnostic trouble code. If the central electronic module (CEM) detects an open circuit on the wiper high speed relay, diagnostic trouble code CEM-8F28 is displayed.

- Open circuit in signal wire
- Open circuit in power supply to the relay
- Faulty relay
- Relay is not installed.

Fault symptom[s]
- Wiper only works on lowest speed
