- Ignition off.
Remove the connector from the antenna unit.
Check the cable between the antenna unit terminal #7 and ground terminal 31/83. Check for an intermittent open-circuit.
Remedy as necessary.

- Ignition off.
Check the signal cable between the central electronic module (CEM) and the immobilizer antenna unit.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-6C42:
The cable between the central electronic module (CEM) terminal #14D and the immobilizer antenna unit terminal #2.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-6C44:
The cable between the central electronic module (CEM) terminal #13D and the immobilizer antenna unit terminal #3.
Check the signal cable. Check for an intermittent short-circuit to ground. Check for an intermittent open-circuit. Check for contact resistance and oxidation.
Remedy as necessary.
