Condition

If the control unit detects that the signal supply is off at the same time as the control signal for the general courtesy lighting is high, the diagnostic trouble code is displayed.

Substitute value

- The lamp goes off.

Possible source

- Open circuit or short circuit to ground on signal wire for general lighting.

Fault symptom[s]

- Courtesy lighting does not work.
