Condition

If the control unit detects that the front right reading lamp is on at the same time as the rear right reading lamp is off, a faulty control signal from the lamp circuit displays the diagnostic trouble code.

Substitute value

- The lamp goes off.

Possible source

- Open circuit in signal wire for front right reading lamp.
- Short circuit to voltage supply on signal wire for front right reading lamp.

Fault symptom[s]

- Courtesy lighting does not work.
