Condition

If the control unit detects that the front left reading lamp is on when the rear left reading lamp is off, a faulty control signal from the lamp circuit displays the diagnostic trouble code.

Substitute value

- The lamp goes off.

Possible source

- Faulty bulb.
- Open circuit in signal wire for front left reading lamp.
- Short circuit to voltage supply on signal wire for front left reading lamp.

Fault symptom[s]

- Interior lighting does not work.
