Condition

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-00D3 is stored if the voltage on the collision signal cable is too high (above 3 V) for longer than 10 seconds.

Substitute value

- None.

Possible source

- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the crash output cable.

Fault symptom[s]

- General orange warning lamp lit.
- The engine fails to start.
- The central locking system does not function at all.
