Condition


If the respective circuit resistance is below 12 for more than 10 seconds, one of the following diagnostic trouble codes is displayed:
SRS-0076
SRS-007E
SRS-0086
depending on which circuit is faulty.

Possible source

The supplemental restrain system (SRS) control unit registers that a seat belt tensioner is installed when the control unit is not programmed for a seat belt tensioner to be installed.

Fault symptom[s]

Orange general warning lamp is on.
