Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-001D is stored if the control module registers that the resistance in the circuit is too low for more than 10 seconds.

Substitute value

- None.

Possible source

- Short-circuit in the SRS ignition cable or in the connectors between the airbag and the SRS control module.
- Short-circuit to the airbag (the resistance in the igniter is too low).
- Short-circuit in the contact reel.

Fault symptom[s]

- The SRS indicator lamp is lit.
