Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-001C is stored if the control module registers that resistance in the circuit is too high for more than 10 seconds.

Substitute value

- None.

Possible source

- Open-circuit in the SRS ignition cable or in the connector between the airbag and the SRS control module.
- Open-circuit in the airbag (the resistance is too high in the igniter).
- Open-circuit in the contact reel.

Fault symptom[s]

- The SRS indicator lamp is lit.
